Specialized Experience To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level FV-F (FG/GS-10). Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience includes: Experience in preparing a variety of reports, performing functions using Microsoft SharePoint, and utilizing various visualization software. Additionally, experience in using Microsoft Excel to create basic functions and/or pivot tables. QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE MET BY THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT. Incumbent serves as a management and program analyst for an organizational entity of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He/she provides analysis of assigned programs/management functions and identifies actual or potential problem areas, trends, accomplishments, issues, and practices.
