Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying a comprehensive range of principles, concepts, and practices concerning equipment facility, or services operations with complicated technical requirements. Experience performing research to develop and maintain a broad knowledge of all phases of employee development and training. Experience approving and directing work operations associated with the repair and overhaul of complex Navy vessels. Experience applying a wide range of education and training principles, techniques, and practices, including OSHA, NAVSEA, Federal/State environmental regulations. Experience in project management, quality control, cost control, personnel management, schedule control and workflow control techniques Experience investigating and analyzing practices and problems to initiate effective improvements and solutions.
