Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience as a qualified typist. Experience with computer software to produce a variety of reports, charts, graphs, and other required materials. Experience serving as the principal office assistant, performing administrative and clerical duties in support of the work of a complex organization, where there is a system of formal internal procedures and administrative controls. Experience with Navy correspondence formatting standards. Experience with spreadsheets, database management systems, and communications are required. You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) in the ENGINEERING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. You will report directly to the Engineering and Planning Department Head.
