Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GG/GS-13 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Overseeing Logistics Management centered personnel that provide building/facility/site management, building/facility/site maintenance, supply, procurement, transportation, inventory management, quality assurance, disposal, and various other logistic related services. Establishing short and long-term plans for managing facilities, real property, special projects, budget forecasting and execution. Providing administrative oversight responsibility for multiple locations and associated organizations’ real property, including Support Agreements and Service Contracts. Managing support and/or services through inter- and intra-service support agreements. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies: 1. DCSA is seeking a Supervisory Logistics Management to oversee staff of space, facility and geospatial planning specialists. This position must be able to conduct both program analysis and logistics management and manage complex project planning that falls under prospectus or military major land acquisition consideration.
