MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be MOS qualified within 12 months from date of appointment. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade – Officer: CPT(O-3) with date of rank after 22 OCT 2022 Warrant Officer: CW5 (W-5) Minimum Military Grade – Officer: 1LT (O-2) Warrant Officer: WO1 (W-1) Officer – Branch 01A Warrant Officer – MOS 011A GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience, education, and/or training which provided you with a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration; and experience using computer and automation systems. GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 36 months of specialized experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, coordinate, implement, execute and manage the events associated with the Yellow Ribbon Programs; administer a program that provided information about help for individual and family social problems; and provide programs that address such problems or offer referrals to social service programs; ability to evaluate and recommend policy; organize and carry out specific programs; and ability to evaluate and recommend changes in methods of operation; and prepare written communications and oral presentations. The specialized experience must also demonstrate experience managing the function of work to be performed and experience leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. SPECIALIZED SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience managing the function of the work to be performed that includes the ability to lead, direct and assign work of personnel.
