SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing workload from multiple stakeholders, managing budgets, and managing risk in a dynamic testing environment; 2) Knowledge of integration, validation, verification processes, and Test & Evaluation (T&E) of DOD systems; 3) Familiarity with developing and reviewing specifications, drawings, and technical documents, and developing NAVAIR test plans and corresponding Report of Test Results (RTRs); 4) Analyzing engineering investigation and field reports from deficiencies; and 5) Leading test teams, and mentoring T&E Engineers.
