CONTRACT SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing contractual procurement and administration services with responsibility for Pre-Award and Post-Award functions (e.g., cost analysis, negotiations and administration of services, materials and equipment) associated with a diverse contracting operation involving foreign countries.
