Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing, developing, and administering the test data control, which includes all in-service classification testing namely Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), Defense Language Proficiency (DLPT), the Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB), the Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System (TAPAS) and the Criteria Corporation Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) and ensures that tests are validated, and measures the psychological traits, abilities, and characteristics are used for guiding recruits efficiently.
