In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying individuals at elevated risk and connects those Marines to skill building activities designed to promote protective factors and/or support resources; Knowledgeable of available resources, how to reduce stigma and increase help-seeking behavior, and education on risk and protective factors; Able to conduct prevention education classes and groups with fidelity to parameters set by the developers of the curriculum and by HQMC Behavioral Programs; Collects metrics and reports data in support of measures of performance and measures of effectiveness to the installation Behavioral Programs Branch, for input to Headquarters, Marine Corps.; Collects metrics and reports data in support of measures of performance and measures of effectiveness to the installation Behavioral Programs Branch, for input to Headquarters, Marine Corps. You will serve as a HEALTH PROMOTION SPECIALIST (PREV WF) in the Training Command (TRNGCMD) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
