Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position has a SPF which is current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) (0801, 0810, 0896 series) or Architect (RA) (0808 series) from any state, the District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico. If you meet this requirement, you must provide a copy of your current registration with your application. In addition to the SPF Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Developing facilities master planning and project documentation based on facilities planning criteria; 2) Analyzing engineering and economic data to develop alternatives for infrastructure; 3) Developing solutions to facility issues; and 4) Coordinating with personnel and contractors to manage facility management project. You will serve as a Supervisory Planner/Engineer or Architect in the Real Property Management Branch, Facilities Management Division, Public Works Department, Naval Air Station Oceana, of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic.
