Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Mechanic without more than normal supervision performing duties such as: 1) Applying a variety of trade practices (e.g., electrical, pipefitting, plumbing, or HVAC repair) to plan, layout and complete the installation, modification and repair of facility equipment; 2) Installing and making routine repairs to a variety of plumbing/water and HVAC systems in accordance with specifications, blueprints, and regulations; and 3) Testing electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. **NOTE: This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume.
