SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating with component and other subject matter experts (SME) to gather operational situational awareness, requirements, and concerns; 2) Utilizing policy to define information reporting requirements, processes, methods, and tools; 3) Researching, reviewing, and interpreting policies; and 4) Developing participating contacts and participate in battle rhythm events, or other activities, as needed. You will serve as a Supervisory Operations Program Manager in the HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.9% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time.
