To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. specialized experience is defined as: Providing leadership, coordination, administration, and direction in the development and implementation of complex initiatives and programs. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. specialized experience is defined as: Demonstrates the ability to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise the work activities of a staff of professional, administrative, and support personnel. This position is located at the National Soil Survey Center (NSSC), Soil and Plant Science Division (SPSD), Soil Survey and Resource Assessment (SSRA) Deputy area. The incumbent serves as National Leader for Soil Business Systems. The incumbent manages all business functions for the SSD and serves as the Soil Business Area Analysis Group (SBAAG) Lead.
