Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which demonstrates experience in developing and providing budget policy and guidance, formulation, execution, and financial advisory services to an organization; Providing oversight of operational funds and reimbursable funds for major programs; Analyzing trends and recommending alternate courses of action to managers to assist in planning and scheduling the funding for programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital in the Resource Management Division, Program and Budget Branch. The incumbent of this position will serve as the Lead Budget Analyst. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Advance in hire MAY be authorized. A relocation or recruitment incentive MAY be authorized. Salary negotiation MAY be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
