GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience recruiting/staffing a variety of blue- and white-collar positions utilizing merit promotion, delegated examining, and non-competitive authorities. Experience setting basic pay utilizing knowledge of Federal pay setting regulations for GS and FWS as well as working with total compensation packages such as superior qualifications, high previous rate, service credit for annual leave accrual, and recruitment incentives. Experience recruiting and/or onboarding civilian personnel utilizing USA Staffing and Defense Civilian Personnel Database System (DCPDS). GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting with recruiting and/or onboarding civilian personnel utilizing USA Staffing and Defense Civilian Personnel Database System(DCPDS). Experience assisting with recruiting/staffing a variety of blue- and white-collar positions utilizing merit promotion, delegated examining, and non-competitive authorities. Experience assisting with setting basic pay utilizing knowledge of Federal pay setting regulations. Experience coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with pre-employment requirements, including physical examinations, drug testing, and pre-employment security checks.
