Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing various analytical, technical and advisory functions related to facilities planning, construction, business and financial management; 2) Advising professionals in performing work in areas of construction, field engineering, environmental planning, environmental compliance, contract administration, real estate, public affairs and other construction-related disciplines; 3) Identifying and analyzing highly complex project management issues to develop creative and innovative solutions for planning, budgeting, development, execution, assessment and programming; and 4) Creating complex briefing materials and documents for use in decision-making and meetings. You will serve as a MAJOR PROJECT PROGRAM MANAGER in the OPERATIONS DIVISION of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. This position will be the Program Manager for the Naval Innovation Center (NIC) and Naval Postgraduate School Modernization (NPS-M) Programs located at NSA Monterey. Physical location: San Diego, CA. The incumbent will be responsible for the planning, design, and construction execution of the MILCON and SRM projects. This position reports directly to the Deputy Operations Officer.
