To qualify for the GS-15, the applicant must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-14 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled, that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience must include: Analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission and operating procedures and agency/organization functions and activities; Developing management or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology; Analyzing new or proposed initiatives to determine impact on program operations and management; and Developing new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives. Duties of this nature should be typical of your everyday work. The incumbent provides oversight and direction of Anti-Fraud and Program Integrity controls, policies, workloads, projects and investments to ensure successful planning, coordination, monitoring and control, and evaluation. The incumbent oversees contracts by maintaining essential documentation including project milestones, health status reports, lessons learned, and best practices to ensure seamless oversight over OPI critical investments related to anti-fraud and program integrity.
