Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying the latest developments in submarine repair to solve problems not readily treatable by accepted method. Experience applying a mastery level of concepts, principles and practices of nuclear and nonnuclear planning and production on work assigned. Experience using personnel practices to effectively administer program resources. Experience in shipyard organization, operations, communication channels, policies, practices, and functions of the various departments. Experience communicating both orally and in writing, with all levels of management. You will serve as a DEPUTY NUCLEAR REGIONAL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT; NUCLEAR REGIONAL MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT POINT LOMA (NRMD-PL) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
