Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing a computer filing systems to process incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with agency requirements to facilitate organizational procedures for mail and improve efficiency. Examples of experience include: verifying and receiving mail; using automated systems; assisting customers; processing, handling, collecting, sorting, and delivery of mail.
