GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating customer service experience by answering calls to provide project updates, convey safety, urgency of building matters, and security; 2) Communicating technical information to facility customers clearly in writing and orally; 2) Interpreting construction drawings for all engineering disciplines; 3) Utilizing various computer programs and Microsoft programs; 4) Evaluating existing conditions to make recommendations for building system repairs and new construction; and 5) Collaborating with other departments within the Public work business line and building tenants. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Demonstrating customer service experience by answering calls to provide project updates, convey safety, urgency of building matters, and security; 2) Communicating technical information to facility customers clearly in writing and orally; 3) Interpreting construction drawings for all engineering disciplines with minimal supervision; and 4) Collaborating under supervision with other departments within the Public work business line and building tenants.
