Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist coordinating or conducting design, development, test & evaluation, integration, or in-service engineering of warfare systems, sensor systems, or signals intelligence systems. You will serve as a Program Manager in the Intelligence Systems Branch; Intelligence & Cyber Technology Division of NAVSURFWARCENACT DAM NECK VA. You will serve as Intelligence Program Director. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. ND-05 is equivalent to GS-14/15.
