Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Plan work, set priorities and schedule work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishments of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work; 2) Utilize integrated federal management systems and sub-systems to extract data, identify and resolve system problems, and maintain data integrity; 3) Analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of the organization’s programs and administrative operations; and 4) Prepare various financial reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, ect. For top-level presentations and briefings to improve operations, correct deficiencies, and prevent recurrent of problems.
