Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing and adjusting manpower, operations, and equipment to accomplish assigned work. Experience coordinating with various shops to plan and fabricate work. Experience approving training to ensure an adequate workforce. Experience operating within the assigned budget to minimize cost and to ensure equipment is properly maintained. Experience managing various levels of shop supervisors and trades people. Experience defining, developing and approving training courses that are administered by the training superintendent. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY DEPUTY SHIPYARD PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT in the Electrical/Electronics Shop (Code 950), Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901), Production Resources Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
