Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Planning and managing a comprehensive administrative support program that includes the spectrum of administrative support services, e.g., administration, personnel, space management, purchasing, information technology management, internal controls, mail, records management, communication services and supplies in support of organization; Developing and reviewing programs, policies, and procedures, and changes to existing programs, policies, and procedures; Analyzing issues received by management and identifying and providing solutions to financial, personnel, and materials needs and challenges; Providing oversight of records retention and disposition program.
