Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the concepts, principles, laws and regulations of financial administration and budgeting with the DoD. Experience with making independent recommendations for the establishment and issuance of policy documents. Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Experience with internal controls and financial auditability requirements to ensure compliance with DON and DoD guidance. You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy for Policy (DUSN (P)) of OFF OF THE UNDER SECRETARY OF THE NAVY.
