In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Developing and implementing natural resources, cultural resources and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) project criteria, schedules and budgets; 2) Preparing scopes of work, government cost estimates, negotiation/management of contract task orders for natural resources products and services per customer requirements in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; 3) Training and mentoring junior employees in scope and cost estimate development, project management and regulation compliance; and 4) Developing, advocating, and negotiating mutually acceptable environmental solutions with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and customer activities.
