Additional information about transcripts is in this document. One Year Specialized: 1.) Applies managerial and executive skills in the provision of overall management direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, product improvement, fielding, sustainment, and budgeting of assigned aircraft and maintenance logistical systems. 2.) Directs long range planning for prospective changes in functions and programs. 3.) Determines the organization for AAMD to meet both known and foreseeable program needs. Interprets regulations and work directives pertaining to depot operations and determines local action necessary to affect policies, plans, production, and flow of work. 4.) Furnishes advice to the Commander regarding resources and requirements such as capital equipment, personnel, funds, space and facilities. Reviews and approves policies, procedures and regulations with respect to the overall management of AAMD. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Personnel and Human Resources Planning and Evaluating Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
