PROGRAM ANALYST

DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Acting as a Government purchase cardholder and Ordering Officer; 2) Reviewing or preparing government market research and acquisition strategy documents; 3) Approving purchase and delivery orders. DA-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least 3 years of general experience, 1 year of which was at or equivalent to the DA-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Planning and organizing work; and 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing.
