This is a Program Analyst, NH-0343-02, position. Full performance for this position is NH-03. ADMINISTRATIVE CAREERS WITH AMERICA (ACWA) ASSESSMENT: This series is covered under the ACWA examining program. The position is being recruited at the NH-02 (GS-5-11 equivalent) grade level. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. General Experience for NH-02 grade level: Three years progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at leasttheNH-01/ GS-04 grade level, which includes:1) Analyzing information and data to provide recommendations; 2) Performing basic functions to assist with the budget process to justify and monitor programs; AND 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing. This definition of general experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-01/GS-04). OR Education: Four-year course of study leading to a bachelor’s degree (you MUST attach a copy of your transcripts). OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 36. Then divide your total number of completed undergraduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 120. Add the two percentages. All Current Federal Employees MUST attach a current SF-50 for consideration. Without a SF-50, your application will be considered incomplete.
