Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on property administration policies, procedures and regulations; 2) Developing solutions to property administration issues; 3) Monitoring property to maintain control and accountability; and 4) Analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of supply programs and operations.
