To qualify for the FG-06 position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent FG/GS-05/FV-C. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Variety of administrative functions such as creating and maintaining a file management system for administrative and technical files, conducting interviews, preparing clear concise reports, researching, writing and typing non-technical and technical correspondence, and using automated systems for data entry. To qualify for the FG-07 position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent FG/GS-06/FV-D. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Experience that demonstrates analyzing problems, gathering data, recognizing solutions, planning and organizing work, and conveying information in an office environment; creating and maintaining administrative and technical files, conducting interviews, preparing reports, researching, writing and typing non-technical and technical correspondence, and using automated systems for data entry. NOTE: Incumbent must possess office automation skills. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
