SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST (TITLE 32)

AREA OF CONSIDERATION: The areas of consideration for this position, Title 32 Excepted Service (32 U.S. Code § 709), will be in the following manner: The FIRST area of consideration for this position will be all excepted permanent and indefinite temporary technicians within the ILNG. Military Grades: The only accepted rank for this position is SSG. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: MUST possess experience, education, or training which has provided a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field; experience using computer and automation systems SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09 Level – MUST possess specialized experience developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc.; experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures; experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management; experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support; experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: MUST possess specialized supervisory experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Verbiage displayed on your resume or application must contain your own words.
