To qualify for a GS-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using financial management systems and understanding government finance and budgeting Experience managing IT peripherals and inventories (mobile devices, computers, etc.) Experience processing IT procurement request and using NAV-IDAS Experience utilizing Defense Travel System (DTS) and wide area workflow (WAWF) To qualify for a GS-09, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will serve as a MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the COMMUNICATIONS & INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIVSION (N6) of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
