BASIC REQUIREMENTS This position requires that you have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies as noted below. This experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. AND MINIMUM/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Specialized Experience: In addition, you must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal Service, obtained in either the private or public sector which includes: 1) Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS); AND 2) Skill and understanding of cloud engineering, operations, and support of Microsoft and Azure products such as Active Directory, virtual machines, artificial intelligence, Microsoft 365, windows servers; AND 3) Skill and knowledge of AWS storage, cloud infrastructure design, storage, and databases. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. TIME-IN-GRADE: If you are a current career or career-conditional federal employee applying for promotion under Merit Promotion you must have completed a minimum of 52 weeks in positions at the next level lower than the position being filled.
