Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent NH-03 pay band or grade or band equivalent is required. It is defined as one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 pay band in the Federal Service, which includes: 1) Evaluating progress of assigned projects to ensure objectives are met in the areas of testing and development; 2) Managing a multi-million dollar budget for an acquisition program in the areas of cost, scheduling and performance; and 3) Briefing senior leaders, and/or key stakeholders on the progress of an acquisition program.
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: : Serves as Supervisory Deputy Product Lead in the office of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation. This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 encompasses grades 14 and 15 in the general schedule.
