In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading a team and providing strategic frameworks and roadmaps to ensure alignment with requirements; 2) Collecting and reviewing data related to workforce skills and development and working to close skill gaps; 3) Mapping skill sets to program requirements and developing succession plans for technical and management elements of the department workforce; 4) Assisting with department business planning, policies and guidance, and strategic planning and implementation.
