DA-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following:1) Providing strategic business analysis to enhance workload, resource management, and financial execution across mission areas; 2) Preparing reports that interpret cost, schedule, and performance data; 3) Implementing spend plans in coordination with leadership to address shifting program priorities;4) Utilizing MS Office applications, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint (SmartArt), and Word (tables, templates), to support data analysis and reporting.
