For the GS-06 Secretary (OA) position your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector contributing clerical and administrative support to provide clear and timely correspondence (e.g., email, phone calls, on-line communication applications, memos, and Microsoft Teams), scheduling meetings, managing records and supervisor’s schedule for the efficient and effective management of the Engineering and Planning Department. For the GS-07 Secretary (OA) position your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing clerical and administrative support to provide clear and timely correspondence (e.g., email, phone calls, on-line communication applications, memos, and Microsoft Teams), scheduling meetings, managing records and supervisor’s schedule for the efficient and effective management of the Engineering and Planning Department. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) in the ENGINEERING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.9% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time. For additional information, please refer to the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Chapter 5 Part B. Salary for GS-06 is $45,994 – $59,794 Salary for GS-07 is $51,110 – $66,445
