Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector participating in developing and overseeing an Environmental Planning Program, performing budget analysis and planning, supporting training and/or exercise schedules, or creating solutions to program issues to ensure compliance with strict environmental laws and regulations. You will serve as the Environmental Planning Program Manager in the Fleet Environmental Readiness Division (N465) within the Fleet Civil Engineer Directorate (N46) of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.
