Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: – Experience ensuring the most efficient utilization of personnel, to meet future skills, training and qualification needs. Experience determining shop manpower allotment to meet future workload requirements for both Nuclear and non nuclear ship projects. – Experience being responsible on a continuing basis for the planning and direction of various in shop non nuclear work. – Experience providing analytical support to a variety of entities as assigned or in conjunction with senior level management within his/her organization. – Experience solving manufacturing problems that arise from the utilization of computerized manufacturing systems, equipment or associated tooling, manpower needs for the operations department, training needs for personnel, interface with specific projects, process development, process review and process improvement. – Experience working directly with shop management and serving as the resident expert to advise the project teams on the proper personnel to perform specific tasks.
