Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: In addition to my experience demonstrating the four competencies above, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Managing all phases of cybersecurity to include the awareness, planning, reporting and compliance; 2) Overseeing system changes, organization change management, development of system level risk assessments; 3) Directing staff and coordinating operations for cybersecurity issues regarding security management, software, hardware, procedural, network, internet, data communications, and automated information systems ; 4) Overseeing compliance and regulations for Risk Management Framework; and 5) Utilizing knowledge of applicable laws, national, DoD and DoN regulations, directives and policies concerning information assurance and information systems security. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) for the NAVAL TRAINING COMMAND (NETC) sites EAST AND WEST, LOCATED DAM NECK, VA, CYBERSECURITY (N63) of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION N6.
