INTERDISCIPLINARY COMMUNITY PLANNER- BIOLOGIST- ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER- PHYSICAL SCIENTIST

This position has a selective placement factor for the 0819 series, Environmental Engineer Position, that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates. The selective placement factor is: Current license as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico for the Environmental Planner position. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:1) Overseeing the application of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and related environmental programs for an organization; 2) Reviewing NEPA documentation, including Record of Categorical Exclusions (RCEs), Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statement (EISs) for various actions; and 3) Applying knowledge of a wide range of theories, principles, concepts, practices, standards and methods of natural resources management, biological and physical sciences in managing the NEPA program for an organization.
