Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitors and advises on management and control of records, monitoring standard procedures for records, storage, retrieval, and dissemination; 2) Utilizing multiple software programs and computer applications (e.g., CeTARS, ATRRS, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office suite) to produce a wide range of documents and reports; 3) Responsible for monitoring and resolving personnel related problems such as legal and medical holds; and 4) Coordinates separation physicals, transition assistance, final evaluations, legal assistance, and pay and separation issues with appropriate officials.
