PROGRAM ANALYST

To qualify for the PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-12 position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting research, data collection, and analysis to support the development and validation of doctrinal publications, the assessment of warfighting capabilities, and the identification of lessons learned and best practices for the information warfighting mission areas. Experience supporting experimentation and exercises in order to validate doctrinal publications, evaluate developed tactics, and assess the employment of emerging capabilities. Experience providing recommendations on validating lessons learned, and incorporating lessons learned into training and doctrine updates; facilitate warfighter access and submission of lessons learned captured in joint and Navy databases. Experience conducting analyses and studies in order to identify new or emerging threats, warfighting gaps, and innovative approaches to employ capabilities, and determine the impact on doctrinal publications. Experience assessing information, warfighting tasks, and fleet readiness. Experience preparing command’s correspondence and conducting briefing reflecting efforts.
