GS-09 Requirements Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing, interpreting, and applying a wide range of laws, Executive Orders, regulations, concepts, and human resources policies and procedures in coding various personnel actions; 2) Processing complex pay actions ensuring appropriate regulatory authorities/remarks, and identifying and resolving various pay issues; and 3) Leading junior processors in utilizing automated human resources and workload management systems to process personnel actions. GS-07 Requirements Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying a wide range of laws, Executive Orders, regulations, and human resources policies in coding various personnel actions; 2) Processing pay actions ensuring appropriate remarks, and 3) Collaborating with team members in utilizing automated human resources systems to process personnel actions.
