Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: Provide business advice and perform all pre-award and post-award functions for a wide variety of highly specialized procurements Review complex program requirements packages to ensure adequacy and compliance with all administrative, regulatory, legal, and procedural requirements Perform long-range planning of interrelated contracting efforts within a wide variety of contract types and contracting methods for programs. Serves as Program Analyst of the Air Force Concepts, Development and Management Office (CDM) & Navy Office of Special Technology (OST) in direct support of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSD(I)) and the Air Force in support of broad spectrum of Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) in the NAVAL INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITY.
