FOR THE GS 11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying human resources management (HRM) laws, principles, systems, policies, and practices to the analysis of information related to occupational injuries or illnesses in support of worker’s compensation claims AND providing guidance to employees and supervisors on worker’s compensation claim procedures in accordance with the Federal Employees Compensation Act (FECA). FOR THE GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing guidance to employees and supervisors on worker’s compensation claim procedures, providing them with appropriate documentation, maintaining all employee records and assisting with the administrative duties of the compensation program in accordance with the Federal Employees Compensation Act (FECA). You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) in the Commander U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT), Human Resources Office (HRO) of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE.
