Minimum Qualification Requirements: To qualify for this position you must meet the (1) Basic Educational Requirements OR (2) Specialized Experience for the series to which you are applying. (1) Basic Educational Requirements Education: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.M., if related. The education must provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the work of this position. -OR- Combination: An equivalent combination of experience and education OR (2) Specialized Experience To qualify for the ZA-III (GS-11/12), you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the ZA-II or GS-09 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience: 1. Drafting correspondence and briefings/presentations for management. 2. Maintaining a SharePoint (or equivalent type of platform) page, including uploading and organizing records. 3. Serving as an organizational liaison with a finance or budget office or assisting with budget management. Must meet all.
