Specialized experience is defined as the following duties: 1) Leading the planning, development, OR execution of integrated product support for materiel acquisition programs. 2) Analyzing programmatic requirements to resolve complex logistics problems affecting numerous activities.; 3) Analyzing cross-organizational integration of product support strategies on a portfolio of communications equipment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS11).
