This is an interdisciplinary position and may be filled by a General Engineer (0801-series), a Mathematician (1520-series), a Statistician (1530-series), a Computer Scientist (1550-series), or a Physicist (1310-series), depending upon the qualifications of the candidate. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer, physicist, mathematician, statistician, or scientist managing technical operations, products, and finances to ensure alignment with strategic objectives or initiatives for leadership development, quality improvement, or staff management of a combat or warfare program.
